Customers of pillowforminsert.com acknowledge that their first purchase for any size insert is considered a sample purchase and as such may not return the pillow form inserts except for Incorrectly processed orders as determined by pillowforminsert.com. Customer also acknowledges that they are responsible for ordering the correct size pillow insert for their project and that pillowforminsert.com does not guarantee that the pillow insert ordered will meet the needs of their customized project and is therefore non-returnable. However, buyer may request an exchange in cases of purchasing incorrect sizes. All materials used are 100% New, and manufactured in the USA.
Customers of wholesale foam cushions\inserts acknowledge that their first purchase of any size is considered a sample purchase and as such may not return the foam cushion\inserts except for incorrectly proceeded orders. Foam cushions\inserts may be vaccum packed and instructions are provided on how to restore their shape after unpacking. Customer acknowledges that any discoloring or yellowing that may occure is not a defect and is simply due to the exposer to air as a natural reaction. This does not affect the proformance of the product.
Although pillowforminsert.com makes ever effort to fill all orders, customer acknowledges that pillowforminsert.com has the right to ship orders complete, partial, or cancel an order, and ship via any shipping carrier of our choosing unless otherwise instructed by the customer via email.
Reina Esperanza Company is a major manufacturer and wholesaler of Pillow Form Inserts, Textile Trims, Wedding accessories, religious goods, as well as other products. We sell to both major retail stores worldwide, as well as to the public due to popular demand, with no minimums required on most products. We maintain stock of most of our products for fast processing. Items not in stock due to large volume of orders will be placed into production as fast as possible.
Most orders are processed within five business days after date order was placed. There may be times where large volume of orders will cause some orders to become delayed past the 5 day processing time. In addition, the delivering freight company (UPS, FedEx, or United States Post Office) may experience delays that are beyond our control. Reina Esperanza Company is not affiliated with UPS, FedEx, or USPS, and is not responsible for their performance, delays, shipping time, etc. pillowforminsert.com ships via any shipping carrier of our chooseing unless otherwise instructed by the customer via email. pillowforminsert.com is not responsible for items lost or stolen after delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to supply an accurate shipping address deliverable by all shipping carriers. Foam products are vacuum packed. Foam should be unpacked asap so they have time to regain their shape.
Shipping is from our facility in New York.
Authorization is required prior to returning any merchandise. You must contact us within 14 days of purchase at email@example.com before returning any items to receive a return authorization number (RA#) which must be marked on the outside of the package. Returns are limited to our manufacturing process defects or incorrectly processed orders as determined by pillowforminsert.com. pillowforminsert.com does not guarantee that the pillow insert ordered will meet the needs of their customized project and is therefore non-returnable. Merchandise must be in new and unused condition. No refunds will be issued prior to receipt and inspection of the merchandise. The Return Authorization Number does not imply a replacement or refund, it only implies that Reina Esperanza Company will inspect the merchandise based on your claim. Company policy dictates that customers pay all freight charges for all returned items as freight charges are non-refundable. Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, or if accepted by Reina Esperanza Company in error, will not receive any refunds or credits.
Any shipments returned Refused for any reason will be permanently dropped as a distributor and no further shipping arrangements will be made. Furthermore, any refused shipments returned to Reina Esperanza Company do not constitute the right to a refund or credit. In addition, no shipping costs will be refunded.
Any shipments returned UNCLAIMED for any reason will require additional shipping to be paid prior to re-shipping. We are sorry, but we can not be responsible for customers not claiming their package(s), nor is Reina Esperanza Company responsible for lost or stolen packages or items after delivery by the shipping company. In addition, a restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from any refunds, or no refund may be given if it is determined that the package was not claimed in an attempt to refuse it (see “Refused Shipments” above). No shipping charges will be refunded.
